We do not collect any user data.xPhotos is designed to fully respect your privacy. We do not:

• Collect any personally identifiable information
• Request access to data beyond your contacts and photo library
• Track your location
• Log your usage habits or behavior
• Use third-party analytics tools to gather usage data
• Except for crash diagnostics — to fix issues and improve stability, the app uses a third-party crash reporting service to collect only the information necessary for troubleshooting and reducing crashes. This data is never used for advertising, marketing, or tracking.

xPhotos needs access to your photo library to work properly, since organizing and cleaning photos is the app’s core feature. However:

Data processing notes:

• All photo processing happens entirely on-device
• No photos are ever uploaded to a server
• We do not store, share, or analyze your photo content
• Photos are automatically grouped and organized by month
• A cleanup log records your organizing progress

xPhotos is a fully on-device app:

• All data is stored on your device
• We do not use any cloud storage services
• We do not sync your data across devices
• Uninstalling the app completely deletes all related data (except for results you manually saved back to your photo library)

xPhotos does not integrate any third-party services that could collect user data:

• No third-party ad networks
• No third-party analytics tools
• No social media integrations that could collect data

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because we collect no user data at all, our app is safe for users of all ages.
