xPhotos Privacy Policy

Photos stay on device; crash diagnostics are handled separately.The data-handling scope is:

• No collection of information used to identify you personally
• No access to contacts or data unrelated to photo organization
• No location tracking
• No behavior logging for advertising or user profiling
• A third-party crash reporting service collects diagnostics needed to troubleshoot problems and reduce crashes, not for advertising, marketing or tracking.

xPhotos needs access to your photo library to work properly, since organizing and cleaning photos is the app’s core feature. However:

Data processing notes:

• All photo processing happens entirely on-device
• No photos are ever uploaded to a server
• No server-side storage or analysis of your photo library; on-device detection supports organization features
• Photos are automatically grouped and organized by month
• A cleanup log records your organizing progress

Photo-library data and cleanup progress are separate from crash diagnostics:

• Photo processing and cleanup progress stay on your device
• The app does not upload your photo library to its own cloud storage
• iCloud Photos and system-backup syncing depend on your Apple system settings
• Crash diagnostics may be sent to the service described below; uninstalling the app does not automatically delete diagnostics already submitted

The app uses crash reporting to maintain stability. Its App Store privacy label lists crash diagnostics as data not linked to your identity:

• No third-party ad networks
• Crash diagnostics are used for troubleshooting, not advertising, marketing or tracking
• No social media integrations that could collect data

We do not knowingly collect identifying personal information from children under 13. Please contact us with questions about children’s data handling.
